The Smart Education track explores how artificial intelligence, data, and digital connectivity are reshaping learning ecosystems, not simply by introducing new technologies, but by transforming the structures through which knowledge is created, shared, and applied. We invite research that examines the mechanisms through which digital innovation expands—or constrains—equitable access, educational quality, learner engagement, and institutional resilience across diverse contexts. Particular emphasis is placed on understanding how infrastructure, policy, pedagogy, and human capability interact to produce meaningful educational outcomes, especially in resource-constrained environments. We welcome empirically grounded studies that move beyond technology-centered narratives to generate actionable insights for designing inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable education systems capable of advancing human development in the digital age. Submissions are invited that address any or a combination of the following research questions: 

1. Digital Inclusion and Access: How can digital learning overcome infrastructure and connectivity barriers to expand educational access?

2. Teacher Digital Capability: How does teacher digital capacity influence meaningful technology adoption and pedagogical transformation?

3. Learning Analytics and Assessment: How can learning analytics improve assessment, learning quality, and academic integrity?

4. Inclusive and Accessible Learning: How can digital education enable equitable learning for students with diverse abilities and needs?

5. Vocational Skills and Workforce Readiness: How does digital transformation of skills development enhance employability and lifelong learning?

6. AI and Emerging Educational Technologies: How can artificial intelligence create adaptive, resilient, and context-aware learning ecosystems?

7. Governance and Sustainable Transformation: How does education governance shape the sustainability and impact of digital transformation?

8. Adaptive Learning and Personalisation: How does adaptive learning reshape learner engagement, progression, and educational outcomes?
