The Smart Health track explores the transformation of healthcare delivery beyond the physical boundaries of the clinic, examining how artificial intelligence, digital health infrastructures, and data-driven systems can extend the reach, quality, and responsiveness of care. It investigates how technologies such as telemedicine, interoperable health records, intelligent diagnostics, and decision-support tools are reshaping health systems—particularly in resource-constrained environments where distance, workforce shortages, and limited infrastructure constrain access to essential services. Beyond technological capability, the track critically examines the deeper socio-technical mechanisms that determine whether digital health innovations reduce health inequalities or reproduce existing disparities through exclusion, bias, and fragmented systems. We invite contributions that move beyond solution-driven narratives to uncover how AI and digital transformation can strengthen clinical judgment, empower health workers, improve patient safety, and enable equitable, resilient, and human-centered healthcare systems.

  1. Telemedicine and Remote Care Delivery: How does telemedicine transform access, continuity, and quality of healthcare in geographically and resource-constrained settings?

  2. AI-Assisted Diagnostics and Clinical Decision Support: How can artificial intelligence enhance diagnostic accuracy and clinical decision-making while preserving human judgement and patient safety?

  3. Health Information Systems and Interoperability: How does interoperable health data infrastructure improve coordination, continuity, and effectiveness across healthcare systems?

  4. Predictive Analytics and Disease Surveillance: How can predictive models strengthen early detection, prevention, and response to disease outbreaks and public health threats?

  5. Community Health Worker Digital Empowerment: How does digital decision-support enable community health workers to extend quality care beyond traditional healthcare facilities?

  6. Medical Supply Chains and Health System Resilience: How can intelligent logistics and data-driven supply systems improve the availability and reliability of essential medical resources?

  7. Equity, Ethics, and Algorithmic Accountability in Healthcare: How does algorithmic decision-making influence fairness, trust, and equitable access in AI-enabled healthcare systems?

  8. Digital Health Governance and Sustainable Transformation: How can health systems develop the governance, capabilities, and safeguards required for sustainable digital healthcare transformation?
